Privacy notice
Last updated November 5, 2026
This notice explains what personal data Anamor Inc. collects through this website, through the Anamor app at app.anamor.xyz and by email, how we use it and what you can ask of us. Anamor Inc., 8 The Green, Ste R, Dover, DE 19901, USA, is responsible for this data. Our team works from the United States and South Korea.
What we collect
- When you send a request through the form: your name, your email address, your company's website, your answers to the form's questions, any note, files or links you add, and how you found us: the link you arrived from, the first page you saw and the site that sent you there, if any.
- When you write to us: your name, your email address, your message and any files you attach. What you send with a request or for a project is project data, handled as section 3 of our terms describes.
- When you use the app: your name and work email, your company's name, and its legal name and entity type when it signs an Order Form; the name and title you type when you sign; the time and IP address of each sign-in, of your agreement to the app's terms and of each Order Form you sign; your messages with our team; and the files and answers you give us for a project, which are project data.
- When you pay in the app: Stripe, our payment provider, takes your card details. We never see or store your card number. We keep the payment's amount, date, status and Stripe reference.
- When you visit: our hosting providers receive your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the service: Cloudflare for this website and Amazon Web Services for the app. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google also receives your IP address. To know how you found us, the site keeps the link you arrived from and the first page you saw in your browser's storage. They reach us only if you send a request. Cloudflare also counts visits for us, such as the pages seen and the site you came from, without cookies and without identifying you.
- This website sets no cookies. The app sets one cookie to keep you signed in. Neither runs advertising trackers.
Why we use it
- To answer you, to quote and run projects, and to see which of our pages and links bring requests.
- To run your account and your projects in the app, to take payments, to keep a record of what you agreed to and signed, and to send the emails the app sends: sign-in links, notices about your project, messages from our team and receipts.
- To improve our design tools, with company names and logos and people's names and contact details removed, as section 3 of our terms describes. You can tell us not to.
- To keep this website and the app working and secure.
- To keep the records the law requires, such as invoices and signed Order Forms.
If you are in the EU or the UK, our legal bases are the steps you ask for before a contract and the contract itself, our legitimate interest in answering messages, running a secure website and app, understanding how people find us and improving our tools, and our legal obligations.
Where it is kept
The app and its data are kept in the United States, with Amazon Web Services (US East). Our providers keep data in the United States and other countries, and our team works with it from the United States and South Korea. Where the law requires safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses, we rely on them.
How long we keep it
- Requests, messages and project records: as long as the project and its follow-up need them. Project files follow section 3 of our terms and, for a project in the app, the app's terms, including deleting a project in the app.
- Your app account: while it is open. When it is closed, we delete it, except for the records below.
- Signed Order Forms, payment records and receipts: seven years after the last payment on the project, or longer where the law requires, even after a project is deleted.
- The app's server logs, which include IP addresses: one month.
- Invoices and accounting records: as long as tax law requires.
What you can ask
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Write to hello@anamor.xyz and we reply within 30 days.
- If you ask us to delete your personal data, we also remove it from our project records, except what the law requires us to keep or what we need for legal claims.
- If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
- We do not track you across other websites, so a browser's Do Not Track setting changes nothing here.
Children
This website, the app and our services are for companies, labs and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
