For research labs
Tell us what your material does and what you want to show or measure. We design it, make the parts, and send them with step-by-step assembly instructions and the source code that runs it.

Write to us the way you would brief a lab engineer. We send back parts you can assemble and code you can run.
What your material or method does: properties, sample sizes, conditions
What you want to show, or what you want to measure
The motors, sensors and boards you already have; we design around them
Photos or drawings of your current setup
We design, check and document
3D files and drawings
The made parts, printed or machined
Step-by-step assembly instructions with every part numbered, and a wiring diagram
The source code that runs it, with notes on the settings
A list of the off-the-shelf parts, with links

A working object that shows your material in use: a glove, a patch, a wearable sensor.

Fixtures, mounts and actuators, with the controller and the code to run your experiment.

Yes. You get the source code that runs the setup, with notes on how to change the settings.
Step-by-step instructions with every part numbered, and a wiring diagram.
Yes. Send the part numbers or datasheets and we design around them.
Yes. We sign your NDA before you send files. Your files are used only for your project, and we keep geometry only with your written consent.
A description in plain words: what the product does and where it is used. Add the parts that go inside, with links, and any sketches, photos or drawings you have.
Yes. We run the fit, clearance, access and process rules on your STEP files and send the report with a list of fixes. No redesign unless you ask for one.
Yes. We model from a 2D drawing, turn a scan or STL into editable CAD, or rebuild an old part. It passes when it matches the source within the stated tolerance.
STEP and IGES, which open in SolidWorks, Creo, NX, Inventor and Fusion; drawings as PDF and DXF. US projects get ANSI sheets with inches alongside millimetres; others get ISO sheets.
Injection moulding, 3D printing, CNC machining, sheet metal and extrusion. Each part is checked against the rules of the process that will make it.
Every project is quoted after we read the request. The questions and the quote are free.
An engineer reviews every package before it reaches you. A change to what you approved is confirmed by a person.
To check fit with your real boards and parts before tooling. For sheet-metal and extruded designs it is a printed stand-in of the same shape.
Not yet. Join the waitlist for early access; until then we run it for you.
We reply with what we understood, the questions that change the design, and a quote.
